Our method moves beyond traditional Leadership and Management practices to explicitly integrate the principles of psychological safety, positive psychology and people analytics -- what we call Joy at Work Thinking -- to improve a company’s culture whenever business change is introduced.

We start with understanding your intention and the impact of your vision on people. In other words, what will people need to do differently and how big a change is that? We then design the plans that are right for you and support you to implement them in a way that grows the joy you want in your culture.

Meet the Co-Founders

Roxanne Brown and Ed Cook are the founders of The Change Decision who believe in Joy at Work.

Roxanne is the CEO and an expert in change. Her background is in workplace culture, and data and information risk. Roxanne has led multi-million dollar change programs for large organizations. She's also the former global President of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP). 

Ed is the President and an expert in decision-making and analytics. His PhD is in Decision Analytics. Ed led several multinational organizations inside two Fortune 200 companies. He's also a former Naval aviator and a Visiting Professor of Analytics at the University of Richmond.
